A fixed scope written down before we start, half on signing and half on delivery. Everything we make ships inside your own Shopify account and belongs to you.

Take the fix list and run it yourself, or hand it back to us. The audit fee comes off the build either way.

What do you need from me?
The store URL, an order id we can trace end to end, your goals, your ad spend band and the platform you advertise on. Read access to analytics helps but is not required.
When do the 48 hours start?
When the intake form reaches us, not when you pay. If the form arrives on a Friday evening, count from Monday morning IST.
Is the fee really credited?
Yes, in full, against a Build booked within 60 days of the audit landing.
Do you change anything on my store?
No. An audit is read only. We do not touch the theme, the apps or the settings unless you book a build.
Does this work for a store that is not on Shopify?
We audit Shopify stores. For other platforms we only look at what a migration would take.
I am outside India, how do I pay?
Everything here is priced and charged in Indian rupees. Cards issued outside India are not reliably accepted yet, so if you are outside India please write to hello@sortedcommerce.com before you order and we will sort payment out with you.
