Audit intake

Thank you for buying a Sorted Audit. Fill this in and the clock starts. You get the report, the recorded walkthrough and the ranked fix list within forty eight hours of receiving your answers.

Answer what you can. Nothing here is compulsory except your store address and your order number, and a rough answer is more useful than a blank.

What happens next

1. You send this form.
2. We confirm within one working day that we have everything we need.
3. Within forty eight hours you get a scored report, a recorded walkthrough of your store and a fix list ranked by what each item is costing you.
4. We book a thirty minute call to go through it.
5. If you decide to go further, the full audit fee comes off a Sorted Build within sixty days.

Before you send it

We do not need access to your Shopify admin for the audit itself. If we do need to see something behind a login, we will ask, and you can give us a staff account with the permissions you are comfortable with and remove it afterwards.
