Sorted ("we") sells Shopify themes, sections, conversion systems and services at sortedcommerce.com. Sorted is the trading name of Gopal Krishna Panda, Bengaluru, India. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you buy a product, request an audit, download a free resource or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, store URL, the answers on the form, and for purchases the billing details our payment providers need. Our site logs standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We use Meta and Google tools for advertising and analytics, which set cookies you can refuse in your browser.
Why we use it
To deliver the product or service you asked for, to send you updates to products you have bought, to answer your questions, to send you emails about our products and services (you can unsubscribe from every one), and to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
Payment providers (Razorpay for payments in India, and our international payment partner for payments in other currencies), our email and download delivery tools, Meta and Google for advertising measurement, and nobody else. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Leads for 24 months from the last contact, purchase records for as long as tax law requires, everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to marketing at any time. Email hello@sortedcommerce.com and we act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
