Sorted is the trading name of Gopal Krishna Panda, based in Bengaluru, India.
Digital products
Themes, sections, section packs, landing page kits, bundles and downloadable resources are delivered as files after payment, by download link and by email. Nothing is shipped.
What you buy is a licence to use the files, not the copyright in them. The Sorted Single Store Licence covers one live store, identified by one myshopify.com domain, plus unlimited development, staging and preview stores for that same shop. The Sorted Agency Licence covers up to ten live client stores and applies only when your invoice names it. You may edit the files for the store your licence covers. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share them, include them in anything you distribute, use them on a store your licence does not cover, or use them to build a product that competes with Sorted.
The full text of both licences is delivered with every order and summarised on the licence page. Where this page and the licence text differ, the licence text is the agreement.
Updates
Every product includes twelve months of updates from the date of purchase, delivered by email with a new download link and a changelog. When the twelve months end you keep the last version you received and may keep using it for as long as you like. Bundles that include products released during the window say so on the product page.
Support
Support covers installation questions and bugs in our code, by email at hello@sortedcommerce.com, within two working days. Custom development, design changes, content migration and work around third party apps are paid services. The full policy is on the support page and forms part of these terms.
Refunds
Within fourteen days of purchase, if a product cannot be made to work on your store and we cannot fix it with reasonable support, we refund you in full. After a successful install there is no refund. We do not refund a change of mind or a decision to move platform, and we do not refund on the ground that sales did not increase. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
Prices, currency and international payment
This store charges in Indian rupees. If you are outside India, the product page shows a price in United States dollars alongside it and your card is billed in rupees at your bank's rate, unless a United States dollar checkout is offered on the product page.
Where a dollar checkout is offered, the sale is made by our international payment partner acting as merchant of record. They sell the product to you on our behalf, take your payment, issue your receipt and account for any sales tax or value added tax due in your country. Their terms apply to that transaction alongside these, and refunds for those orders are processed by them. The files, the licence, the updates and the support are identical whichever way you buy.
Prices differ by country. The full price applies in higher income markets and a reduced price applies elsewhere. The product is the same in every band. Taxes are shown or added at checkout as the law requires.
Services
Audits, builds and monthly plans are quoted in writing with a fixed scope, price and date. Fifty percent is due on signing and fifty percent on delivery unless the quote says otherwise. Two revision rounds are included on builds. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and may be cancelled before the next billing date. All work is delivered inside your own Shopify account and you own it.
A free teardown is our opinion based on a short public review of your store. It is not a guarantee of results and it creates no obligation on either side.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for your own store, your own content and the accuracy of what you publish using our products. Sections that display an offer, a countdown, a rating or a figure display what you type into them. We supply no figures of our own and we are not responsible for claims you choose to make.
Acceptable use
You may not use our products for anything unlawful, or to build a store that misleads buyers. We may end a licence, without a refund, where a product is being used to break the law or to defraud people.
No promise of results
Nothing on this site is a promise about your sales, your conversion rate, your traffic or your search ranking. Products are supplied as described on the product page and in the documentation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost profit, lost data or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Sorted is an independent product company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Other names are the trademarks of their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you bought is the version that applies to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
